Condo Culture is looking for a Part Time Photographer who is highly organized and able to manage multiple competing priorities. As a Part Time Photographer you will work with our local real estate team to support various components of our business including but not limited to property photography, neighbourhood photography and exterior building/architectural photography.

**The Role**
- Take professional pictures in a studio or on location
- Collaborates with Marketing, Design, and Real Estate teams.
- Executes standard photography operation procedures including image editing techniques, tools, processes, and guidelines.
- Take photo shoots of interior space of residences - common room, living room, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, etc., and show the flow of the space
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting, video equipment

**What You’ll Need**
- Knowledge of Photoshop or Lightroom for photo post-processing
- Knowledge of HDR/bracketing or flash photography
- A reliable vehicle and/or method of transportation to get to properties throughout the region including Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph
- Experience with Matterport 3D scanning is an asset but not a requirement
- Experience in videography is an asset but not a requirement
- Experience in real estate photography is a bonus
- Ability to travel outside the region for special requests would be a bonus

**The Details**
- Access to your own personal camera and wide angle lenses
- We will provide the 3D scanning equipment as well as necessary training to capture 3D property images
- Flexible schedule
- Remuneration will commensurate with experience.
