**What You’ll Do**:

- Greet customers and make them feel genuinely welcome
- Help guests explore vehicles that suit their needs and budget
- Build lasting relationships, representing our 'feel good buying experience' values
- Work with the Sales Manager and team to reach goals
- Stay up to date on vehicle features, promos, and inventory

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A positive, people-first mindset
- Motivation to learn, earn and succeed
- Friendly and approachable
- Great communication and listening skills
- Sales or customer service experience required. Car sales experience is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license + clean driving record.

- Base salary + commission (top performers could earn up to $110,000/year)

Members of our sales staff work Monday to Friday from 8:00-5:00 pm and 2 Saturdays per month from 8:00am-noon.

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
