To continue to support the work that we do, the Agency is looking for a full-time QA, Data, & Reporting Specialist to join our team.

The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist plays an essential role in turning agency requirements into clear, effective reports using data from various sources. This position focuses on delivering data insights that enhance and support all areas of the agency. Key responsibilities include designing and building reporting tools, maintaining, and enhancing data systems, supporting Ministry and sector reporting requirements, and providing training and support to agency staff. The QA Specialist ensures data is accurate, secure, and aligned with agency goals while also contributing to innovation and research projects.

**Knowledge & Skills Required**:

- Post-secondary school education in computer science and/or computer program analyst
- Minimum three years working in a position of data preparation/analysis, and/or statistical/financial report preparation
- Contribute to team expertise of the following computer software: SSMS, SSRS, SSAS, Tabular Models, Power BI, SQL, T-SQL, MDX/DAX, Cognos, MS Access, Advanced Excel, Visual Studio, Tableau, SPSS and SPSS Syntax, Data Analytics, SharePoint, ETL Experience, BI Experience
- Experience in database queries, report writer software, programming, macros, and scripting, and statistical analysis preferred
- Direct experience in child welfare or other human services is an asset

**Salary Range**:
$67,745.52 - $82,254.61 per annum

Office and Clerical Grade 8
