**What will you be doing?**

The Financial Literacy Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to Access Credit Union’s Financial Literacy program. This position will act as a liaison between employees, members and our communities to meet the financial literacy needs of each audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborating with the Financial Literacy Team to develop content for internal and external resources, social media content etc.
- Evaluate and revise previously created workshops to address changing needs.
- Research, analyze and compile information relative to marketplace, competition, members and industry trends and provide recommendation(s) for growth opportunities in support of organizational objectives.
- Actively participate in meetings, planning and training initiatives, sharing information and ideas to build organizational achievement and success.

**What do you need?**
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent  
- Ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week during the months of May through August
- Demonstrated desire to serve others in a friendly and professional manner 
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written 
- Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
