Steamworks is currently looking to add a self-motivated team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team as a Production Team Lead. This is a full-time position at our Brewery facility located in Burnaby, work from 4pm-12am.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead production team
- Set-up, take-down and run bottle, can, & keg production lines
- Troubleshoot machines and provide preventative maintenance as required
- Coordinate production with various departments
- Assist the Production Manager & Supervisor with implementing changes to machinery and equipment when needed
- Transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials throughout the warehouse
- Other general warehouse duties
- Train and mentor new staff members
- Assist in maintaining the safety of the work environment
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Clean and sanitize

**Qualifications**:

- Mechanical aptitude
- Previous brewery experience
- Ability to lift up to 80lbs
- Forklift experience (an asset)
- Ability to drive a 5 ton truck (an asset)
- Passion for craft beer
- Work well with others
- Positive attitude
- Physical ability to drag pallets, climb stairs, and lift equipment

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
