Construction Administrator

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the construction team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project records.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including customer, contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bids, contracts, and estimations etc.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules and budgets.
- Review and process construction documents, such as change orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Assist in the preparation of project progress reports and presentations.
- Periodic site visits to meet contractors, monitor project progress and address any areas of concern with the appropriate personnel.
- Provide general support to the construction team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in construction administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 35-40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

- Scarborough, ON M1B 4Z9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction Administration: 2 years (required)
