**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Handle filing and organization of documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.
- Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software as required.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
- Support customer service initiatives by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred, with a focus on administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is essential.
- Familiarity with Jane App
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks.
- Effective phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills are required for customer interactions.
- Experience in a medical or physiotherapy clinic office setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
