NeuFenster Doors & Windows Inc. Distributor of premium Internorm Windows and doors as well as other high performance products is seeking a driven, results-oriented senior sales/business development representative to join our growing company

Committed to large-scale research and development, Internorm Windows an doors is continuously developing innovative and exciting fenestration products for the global market. We are looking for a representative to be a brand champion for NeuFenster and all of our product offerings, including Internorm Windows and doors.

Total compensation is salary + commission, OTE between $150,000 - $250,000 per year.

**Responsibilities**:

- Present NeuFenster Doors & Windows product lines to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a network of clients (GCs, architects, and homeowners).
- Gather architectural plans, generate quotations, and provide consultation to clients.
- Plan and execute Lunch and Learn sessions for architectural clients.

**Qualifications**:
Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role.

Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls).

Track record of achieving sales quotas.

Experience with CRM software.

Understanding of sales performance metrics.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to deliver engaging presentations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $150,000.00-$250,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: On the road
