**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert advice and assistance for ICBC services, including Autoplan, driver licensing, and vehicle registration.
- Handle private Autoplan insurance policies, offering personalized solutions to meet clients' needs.
- Advise clients on travel insurance options, ensuring coverage for trips and emergencies.
- Assist clients with private medical insurance plans, explaining policy details and benefits.
- Process all insurance transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and service.
- Stay informed about industry regulations and updates related to ICBC and private insurance policies.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Level 2 Insurance License.
- Extensive experience with ICBC services, private Autoplan, travel, and medical insurance.
- Fluency in both Mandarin and Cantonese is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance details clearly.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Flexibility to work part-time or full-time hours, with availability ideally until 9:00 PM.
- Must be able to start as soon as possible.

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
