**About Us**

**Key Details**
- We are currently hiring for the busy summer season (May through October), with some year-round positions available.
- Ideal availability: 2 to 4 full-day shifts per week (each shift is approximately 11-12 hours).
- You **must** be able to provide a **Letter of Experience** from a previous bus insurer showing **3+ years of commercial driving in Canada** to qualify for our insurance.
- No tour guiding experience is required — training will be provided. You should be comfortable managing a group of 20-30 passengers, offering commentary, answering questions, and taking photos.

**Daily Schedule Overview**
- **6:00 AM**: Report to North York to pick up the bus
- **7:40 AM - 8:30 AM**: Passenger pickups
- **10:00 AM - 4:00 PM**: Tour to Niagara Falls with multiple stops (includes 2-3 hours of break time)
- **6:00 PM**: Return to Toronto and end shift (depends on traffic)

**Responsibilities**
- Drive safely and professionally, following all HTA rules and daily vehicle inspection protocols
- Manage guests throughout the day with friendly, professional communication
- Provide engaging commentary en route to Niagara Falls and while on location
- Take photos, answer questions, and help create a welcoming, informative experience
- Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle at the end of the shift (sweeping, wiping windows, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Valid Ontario **Class F** license or higher
- Minimum **3 years of commercial bus driving experience in Canada**:

- **Letter of Experience** from a previous commercial auto insurer (required)
- Clean driver’s abstract (current version required before hiring)
- Fluency in spoken English and confident public speaking
- Reference from a previous employer (upon request)

**Compensation**
- **$225 - $305 per shift** (based on experience and role)
- **Gratuities** average between **$100 to $300 per day**:

- Total earnings usually range from **$300 - $500 per day, but can be more**
