**JOB SUMMARY**
We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our full-service trade show company. At Levy Show Service Inc., we excel and specialize in customer service, event decorating and custom exhibit design.
**PRIMARY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Answer and direct calls for a multi-line switchboard as well distributing messages to the appropriate people in a timely manner.
- Provide a courteous and professional attitude with incoming customer calls.
- Welcome clients and visitors who arrive at the Levy office.
- Arrange, receive, sort, and distribute mail/courier deliveries.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, copying and data entry.
- Provide administrative assistance for Operations and Sales departments as needed.
- Keep the reception desk and office area organized and tidy.
- Log employee attendance, daily.
- Assist the Office Manager as needed.
- Preparation of exhibitor order forms
- This position is a steppingstone for growth within the company.
**KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**
- Exceptional customer service skills with at least 1 year experience
- Strong at multi-tasking in an often-high paced stressful environment
- Must be well organized, dependable and a quick learner.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office including, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Corel Draw is helpful but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Firsthand experience with office equipment (photocopy machines, printer, and fax)
- Proficient and accurate with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Professional and positive attitude when dealing with customers.
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (required)
