**Position Summary**
As a **Dietary Aide**, you will play an important role in delivering a superior dining experience for our residents and guests. You will provide courteous and professional table service, ensuring that meals are served efficiently, safely, and in accordance with residents’ dietary needs and preferences. You will also assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety within the dining and kitchen areas, supporting a comfortable, home-like environment for all.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide food and beverage service to residents and guests in a professional and caring manner
- Take meal orders and serve according to individual diets, preferences, and established service standards
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring compliance with Public Health, RHA, and company policies
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to support overall resident satisfaction
- Participate in special events and functions as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Valid **Safe Food Handlers** and **Smart Serve** certifications required
- **Food Service Worker Certificate** from an accredited college or university is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and customer service
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends, call-ins, and holidays
- Reliable, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness
