- We are currently looking for an
- **Executive Assistant** to be the supportive influence that empowers our global senior leadership. Reporting to the
- **Chief Product Officer**,
- **VP of Engineering**, and the

- Provide administrative support including preparing department reports/presentations, manage the CPO/ & VP’s calendars, schedule meetings, perform data analysis, general administration, and project coordination
- Manage, coordinate, and arrange senior executives’ travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination including expense management
- Draft, review and send communications on behalf of senior leaders
- Under the direction of the Product Leadership Team, identify fit for purpose areas of efficiencies and take ownership of the design and execution of small continuous improvement projects
- Provide vacation coverage and support for other Executive Assistant
- Oversee planning, and execution of department events and support the planning and execution of company events

- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant working in a high-growth environment supporting multiple C-suite leaders, working for a global company is considered an asset
- Out of this world organization and multitasking skills with the ability to manage priorities without compromising quality
- Professional verbal and written (including writing, editing, proofreading) communication skills; strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- A positive, can-do attitude where you can collaborate with others but also able to work solo with a proactive approach to your work
