**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience.
- Booking Tee Times and customer requests over the phone.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, offering knowledgeable advice on merchandise and services.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, cash opens and cash closes.
- Handle customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient Pro Shop operations and a positive team environment.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Previous golf course experience preferred and knowledge of the game a must.
- Experience in cash handling and strong math skills for accurate transaction processing is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
