**Here’s what you’ll deliver**:
- Schedule and prepare deliveries for sold vehicles.
- Notify customers about any delivery delays in advance.
- Responsible for ensuring quality assurance of the vehicle prior to delivery.
- Perform final quality control of reconditioning.
- Communicating and explaining vehicle features and options to customers and answering all inquiries.
- Demonstrate vehicle to customer at time and delivery.
- Completion of final paperwork with the customer.
- Ensure customers are satisfied with vehicle purchase at the end of delivery.
**What you need to succeed**:
- Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Customer service experience required.
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
- Highly organized with strong multi-tasking skills.
- Team oriented with a positive attitude.
- Be able to interpret instructions with strong attention to detail.
- Flexible to work outside at times within business operations.
- OMVIC license an asset.
- Availability on weekday evenings and weekends.
