**Responsibilities and Duties**

The Administrative Assistant will ensure efficient support for The Bridal Fantasy Group’s diverse clients across Western Canada through excellent customer-service interactions with our clients and other staff members. This role will also be responsible for managing Bridal Fantasy Group’s social media channels. In this role, you would be responsible for:

- Providing administrative support in a professional, polite, upbeat, and articulate manner with consistent emphasis on superior customer service and attention.
- Be present at all required meetings and trainings that are required in a timely manner.
- Maintaining company materials in an orderly, professional manner.
- Preparing presentations, proposals and other documents as required by the executive team.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Adhering to the highest level of ethics, integrity and honesty when presenting the company's products to prospective customers.
- Acting as the gatekeeper for internal and external contacts, including vendors, colleagues, clients, and customers.

- Developing content to increase community engagement online.
- Creating a brand persona through the brand's online channels.
- Working together with the marketing team to create compelling content for publication or campaigns.
- Suggesting new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions.
- Participating in marketing events such as seminars, presentation events, trade shows, photo shoots, and other off-site events.
- Follow through on client sales process when gaps are identified.

- Be dressed and groomed professionally - Men must be shaved with shirt and tie. Women must wear appropriate office attire
- Assistant is to adhere to the highest level of ethics, integrity and honesty when presenting the company’s products to prospective customers
- Ability to learn quickly in a high-intensity environment
- Ability to handle pressure
- Advanced knowledge of social channels relevant to the company's success
- Experience in managing social media platforms, which includes content creation
- Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
- Experience with QuickBooks an asset
- Experience with WordPress an asset

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 2 years (required)
- Social media management: 1 year (required)
- WordPress: 1 year (preferred)
- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
