What sets this team apart is our strong sense of collaboration, mutual respect, and dedication to making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. **The Role** In this role, you will provide direct clinical services, including intake, assessment, treatment, and crisis intervention for children, youth, and families. You will collaborate with team members, community agencies, schools, hospitals, and other ministry programs while conducting individual, group, and family therapy. Being a vital piece of the multidisciplinary team, your work will contribute to the youth and their families feeling confident in their ability to move through change and navigate recovery. This role will provide an opportunity to work with a collaborative and passionate team to support the youth and families navigating challenges. This role offers a hybrid model that may offer the opportunity to work from home up to 2 days a week, depending on operational needs based on flexible work agreements. **Qualifications** **Education and Experience**: - Ph.D. in Clinical/Applied Psychology, Counselling Psychology, OR PsyD, AND *registered with, or eligible for, registration with the College of Psychologists of British Columbia as a Psychologist. - Note: If you are registered as a Psychologist in another province, equivalencies for out of province applicants may be considered by the College of Psychologists of BC. Please contact the association for registration requirements in BC. - Applicants in the process of being registered, or those who are eligible for registration may be considered at a lower classification - Completion of a psychological pre-or post-doctoral internship of 1600 hours in a child and youth mental health or hospital setting with specialization in formal psychological assessment, diagnoses and treatment of mental health disorders. - Experience in clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology. - Experience developing and running educational and treatment groups for parents, children and adolescents. - Two (2) years clinical experience working in child and youth mental health services, with responsibility for providing a wide range of community based mental health services.
