**Job Description: Full-time Operations Coordinator (Retirement Home Division) 40 hours/week**

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Assist in implementing and maintaining operational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and administrative tasks across departments.
- Support compliance with relevant legislation, including the Retirement Homes Act, Occupational Health & Safety, Employment Standards Act and privacy regulations.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting as required.
- Collaborate with staff and leadership to ensure seamless resident services.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ Years experience in operations, administration, or a related field, preferably in senior living or healthcare.
- Post secondary in business administration, healthcare administration or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Affinity for seniors and awareness of the unique needs of the 70+ population.

**Start date at earliest convenience with compensation to commensurate with experience.**
