We’re looking for a full-time **Care Team, Psychometry Support** who is passionate about working within an innovative and multidisciplinary group practice. This position is a hybrid-role, which requires 2-3 days in the office each week.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify duties that need to be completed as soon as you are alerted that a new assessment has been booked;
- Support our clinicians through technical questions as needed;
- Send out, and ensure the completion of psychologist ordered questionnaires for ADHD and Signature Assessments;
- Prepare courier packages, arrange deliveries, and arrange returns for Signature Assessments;
- Score, scan, and shred Signature Assessment paper protocols;
- Draft reports for ADHD and Signature Assessments;
- Monitor inventory and order as needed;
- Communicate with the clinicians assigned to the case and with other psychometry team members as needed;
- Demonstrate empathy, strong clinical knowledge, and ability to respond to difficult situations effectively;
- Participating in a hybrid work model, coming in office 2-3 times each week;
- Reporting to the management team as necessary;
- Other duties as mutually agreed upon.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service and client-facing role required
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative setting (healthcare administration preferred)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care, Psychology, Analytics, or related field preferred)
- EMR experience is an asset (i.e., Oscar Pro)
- Technologically advanced

**Pay Range**
- Starting at $18/hour
**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON M5P 3E2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- healthcare administration: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
