**Your Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Shipping**: prepare shipments for transport and complete all shipping documents
- **Receiving**: process and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and sorting
- Warehouse management: organization and tracking of inventory/assets (totes, pallets, equipment, etc.) in warehouse and offsite storage sites
- Inventory control: Organize and store items in their designated locations and audit/order/restock as needed
- Material handling using pallet jack, forklift, electric reach, metal banding, etc.
- Complete forms, reports, logs and records (paper, computer data entry, sorting/filtering data using Excel)
- Ensure that the facility is maintained in a safe and clean condition
- Basic vehicle & equipment repairs and maintenance
- Perform light housekeeping and maintenance in the warehouse, lab and office area (including kitchen and washrooms)

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of Shipping and Warehouse experience in an industrial/commercial environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- TDG experience and certification
- Familiarity with both domestic and international shipping
- Experience ordering from vendors
- Experience in an industrial worksite and/or a research laboratory
- Tool experience (hand and power tools, etc.)
- Forklift, counterbalance, reach truck and scissor lift experience (forklift license is a must)
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50lb
- Proficient with computers and MS 365 environment (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
- Service-oriented and strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized and be safety-oriented
- Excellent written and communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English

The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000. Please note that Tetra Tech considers various factors in determining pay, including but not limited to: education, relevant and demonstrated work experience in the role, skills, geographic location, qualifications, certifications, and other competencies relevant to the needs of the business.

A requirement of working for Tetra Tech is that you are at least 18 years of age and legally entitled to work in Canada. (A copy of a valid work permit may be required.)
