1. IN-HOUSE-SHINGLER - FULL-TIME

We’re looking for experienced, hard-working in-house roofers who know how to get it done. No babysitting, no cutting corners. Just clean installs, strong work ethic, and team-first attitude.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 2 years of shingle roofing experience

Own hand tools, PPE we (supply major tools)

Valid driver’s license is a plus

Fall Protection & WHMIS tickets preferred

Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in craftsmanship

Bring your crew, bring your hustle. Army Roofing is stacked with work, and we’re lining up projects now.

**Requirements**:
Fully equipped crew (truck, tools, compressor, ladders, etc.)

WCB coverage (active and in good standing)

GST number

Minimum $2M Liability Insurance an asset

Must own all assets required to complete roofing jobs independently

Clean workmanship, safe practices, and no BS
