**About the Role**
As our Carrier Services Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our daily logistics operations. You'll be responsible for managing carrier relationships, monitoring shipments, and resolving issues to maintain high service levels. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**What You'll Do**
- Monitor and manage shipments from pickup to delivery, ensuring accurate tracking, timely updates, and issue prevention.
- Serve as the primary contact for carriers, conducting regular check-ins, addressing inquiries, and supporting performance reviews.
- Resolve logistics issues by responding to carrier support inquiries, investigating problems, and escalating complex cases when needed.
- Ensure data accuracy by maintaining detailed records, verifying shipment details, identifying trends, and documenting root causes of delays.
- Support load accuracy and billing by verifying shipment execution, addressing discrepancies, and processing accessorial charges per guidelines.
- Contribute to team and process improvements by sharing best practices, participating in training, and staying updated on industry trends.

**What You'll Need**
- 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity and experience with logistics or transportation management systems (LMS/TMS)
- Strong data entry and record-keeping skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
