**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic kitchen staff. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality food service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will assist in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

**Key roles and duties**
- Follow recipe and prep items.
- Preperation of food and beverages.
- Accountable for cleanliness, uniform, grooming, organization, and consistency.
- Wash, rinse, sanitize, and arrange all the kitchen utensils.
- Serve food and beverages while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory.
- Taking orders, answering queries and provide recommendations based on customer needs.
- Ensure rotation, labelling and dating all the products.
- Ocassionally lift, move, carry and stack items of upto 50lbs from various heights to and from shelves amd basement.
- Collect and dispose garbage, food waste and recyclable materials.
- Sweep and mop floors as required during and after the shift.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience or education in the food industry or restaurant environment is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices and meal preparation techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen.
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and follow instructions effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
