**About the Opportunity**

The Home Share Coordinator works closely with the other Home Share Coordinators and Home Share Director to ensure quality and standards of service is met. This Home Share Coordinator position will primarily conduct home studies, however there are a variety of additional responsibilities as part of this position. The incumbent will have a passion for helping people live their best lives, and will posses excellent organizational and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Screening potential home share providers after the initial contact is completed
- Conduct Home Studies in collaboration with the Home Share team
- Collect background, references and required documentation for potential home share providers
- Provide feedback and updates to the Home Share team
- Provide initial onboarding documentation to approved Home Share Providers
- Provide ongoing support to Home Share Providers through the matching process
- Provide intake packages for families / individuals / Home Share Providers
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist in formal monitoring in all areas as needed
- Assist Home Share Coordinators to conduct monitoring and planning as needed
- Conduct follow up on outstanding documentation requirements and report to Home Share Coordinators / Director
- Assist in organizing and implementation of training and resources for home share providers
- Participate in ongoing and annual training as required by the Home Share Director
- Become familiar with the three Home Share Coordinators regions and facilitate vacation coverage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- Combination of relevant education and related experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities / multiple diagnosis / addictions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Drivers License / use of vehicle
- Knowledge/experience using Word, Adobe and ShareVision an asset

**Available Positions**:
Part Time, 14 hours/Week (Hybrid /Flexible)
- Evening and weekend availability may be required.
