The Franchise Sales Manager will have a solid track record of achievement in Sales & Development. The role will give you plenty of opportunities to identify new and priority development opportunities across the nation using your market analysis skills and experience.

This position reports to General Manager.

As The Franchise Sales Manager You’ll Get To:

- Educate the prospects on the Franchise Model history, systems, and processes
- Manage the Franchise HQ tours, inviting and preparing qualified prospects
- Facilitate the process from start to finish with prospective franchisees
- Close on both single and multi-unit opportunities
- Attend applicable trade shows and conference.

What We Expect From You:

- Evidence of strong verbal and written communication skills
- entrepreneurial spirit is must.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and timelines with a sense of urgency and follow through
- Ability to form strong working relationships with clients
- Excellent verbal, written and PC skills, including experience with creating written proposals and the ability to prepare and deliver PowerPoint and Excel proposals, spreadsheet, etc.
- Strong closing skills, as demonstrated by examples in your current or previous roles
- Up to date knowledge of franchise and licensing regulations, laws and procedures
- High energy and a drive for working efficiency.
- Willingness to travel.

Very attractive commission base position with Flexible Hours.
