As our business continues to grow, we are now expanding our International E-Commerce team. Reporting to the Head of E-Commerce and International Development, this position will be critical in supporting a variety of international expansion strategies.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Supports all key functions related to managing existing and emerging E-commerce franchises including:

- Identifying new e-commerce opportunities in line with corporate market developmental strategies
- Reviewing and approving all new brand and product E-Commerce collateral in line with approved marketing plans
- Ensuring existing E-commerce platforms and marketplaces reflect the latest New Roots Herbal brand positioning and targets
- Identifies, in collaboration with international trade partners, any new category or product trends and effectively communicates these to the internal stakeholders and recommends new products to product development team
- Manages the International E-commerce Sales/marketing & Operations meetings
- Maintains the P&Ls by market
- Maintains and communicates various sales performance reports to the Organisation
- Ensures international trade partners and advertising agency are meeting their deliverables
- Works with all internal marketing service teams to provide adequate and timely support so that the International E-commerce team meets its objectives

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Knowledge and experience working with established E-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon and others from varying continents
- Happy to help attitude
- Strong business and entrepreneurial acumen
- Understanding and proficiency in brand management skill sets
- Relationship management skills.
- Results oriented

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent
- E-Commerce management and acumen, minimum of two years experience
- Previous experience in the Life Sciences industry will be an asset
- 5 years of experience with a combination of sales, marketing, and business development, preferably in Life Sciences environment

**Work Schedule**:
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
40 hours/week

Permanent and full-time position

Remote = anywhere in Canada only
