In this role your goal is to provide outstanding customer service to our wonderful clients and support to the YXE QC team to aid them in reaching their goals.

In order to be successful, you will need excellent communication skills, an appreciation for good customer service, a keen eye for detail and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

**Responsibilities**
- set and understand customers’ expectations
- respond to customers’ issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- supervise day-to-day operations of the detailing team
- help employees that report to you meet performance expectations (timing, quality etc.)
- meet deadlines
- assist the detailing team hands on as needed
- training and coaching team members ongoing
- understand how to use YXE QC systems (CRM, sales processing etc.)

**Requirements**:

- positive and helpful demeanor
- ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- proven customer service experience including conflict resolution
- excellent verbal communication skills
- ability to lead and organize a team

Everyone who works with YXE Quick Clean is paid above Saskatoon's living wage. This position will start at $21.00/hour commiserate with experience. Bonuses are an additional part of compensation.
