We are currently accepting resumes for Cashiers for our Downtown Flagship (437 Queen St. W) location with **open availability**.

Cashiers must be customer service oriented, have strong communication skills with the ability to control, prioritize, multitask, service and follow up with customers. They are someone who is driven, passionate and team player. Being a cashier at Getoutside means ensuring our customers leave with a positive experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide a world-class customer experience to each person who walks through our doors
- Effectively communicate with co-workers, customers and management
- Process customer purchases, returns, transfers, holds and other cash related procedures
- Maintain strong loss prevention awareness and compliance.
- Accountability for all aspects of job expectations and responsibilities
- Answering phones and customer inquiries in a polite and efficient manner
- Participates and takes ownership of various cashier-specific duties throughout the store
- Educate our customers on proper shoe care and provide guidance on which products they need
**Experience**:

- Experience in a retail customer service/cashier position (preferably high-volume) an asset
- Fashion retail experience an asset
- Knowledge of fashion trends, footwear and possess brand awareness
- Balancing a float, POS problem solving skills, end of day procedures
