This is a high-impact role for a dynamic leader who thrives at the intersection of business growth, guest experience, and event delivery. You will guide a multi-disciplinary portfolio spanning operations, events, sponsorships, marketing, tenant relations, and food & beverage partnerships - shaping the full lifecycle of experiences across one of Canada’s most dynamic event campuses.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Drive strategic revenue growth through events, sponsorships, guest services, rentals, and premium offerings
- Provide strategic oversight of venue and service operations to ensure safe, guest-centric, and high-performing event delivery across all REAL facilities
- Lead the end-to-end event experience, from early planning to post-event analysis, ensuring operational excellence at every stage
- Oversee the operational readiness and long-term infrastructure planning of REAL’s venues, including site maintenance and capital improvement priorities
- Oversee REAL’s corporate sponsorship and partnership strategy, providing executive leadership while supporting high-profile relationships
- Guide the marketing and guest engagement strategy, ensuring alignment with brand values and business goals
- Foster strong tenant relationships and oversee REAL’s approach to long-term campus partnerships, ensuring alignment, service excellence, and mutual success
- Manage the Levy/Compass Group partnership, ensuring food and beverage services meet REAL’s quality and revenue standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and IT to align systems, staffing, and strategy for enterprise-wide success

**What You Bring**:

- A minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in events, venues, hospitality, marketing, or experiential brand strategy
- Proven success in driving revenue, leading cross-functional operations, and delivering standout guest experiences
- Strong track record building and mentoring high-performance teams across diverse business units
- Financial and strategic acumen, with experience overseeing large budgets, capital projects, venue operations, and key partnerships
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to lead in high-visibility, high-stakes environments
