Behaviour Interventionist

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Implement individualized programs in alignment with the established treatment plan.
- Manage and maintain an assigned caseload of clients.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of each child’s personalized curriculum.
- Support the child’s personal care needs as required during each therapy session.
- Monitor and collect behavioural data; follow prescribed behavioural protocols consistently.
- Prepare and organize instructional and therapeutic materials as needed.
- Accurately record, graph, and analyze data; write detailed reports and progress notes; identify and escalate exceptional circumstances or suggest modifications to the treatment plan.
- Actively participate in the treatment planning process in collaboration with parents and relevant team members.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with the Clinical Supervisor.
- Engage in daily communication with parents to provide updates on the child’s progress and session outcomes.
- Demonstrate, explain, and model effective intervention strategies; mentor, guide, and support Junior Instructor Therapists to ensure quality and consistency in service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working with children, particularly those with behavioural challenges.
- Strong skills in data collection and analysis.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of behavioural health.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
