**Main purpose of job**:
Manage all incoming communication and directing to the appropriate department, ensure documentation for files and invoicing is complete and accurate, and assist with other tasks as needed.

**Location**:
Office location TBD in Guelph, ON

**Salary**:
$41,600.00

**Main tasks of job**:

- Answer main phone line and direct calls
- Invoicing
- CRM Data Entry
- QuickBooks Data Entry
- Physical File management
- Receipt of payments
- Create and edit process documents
- Create and maintain of sales lists in coordination with sales department
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Calendar coordination
- Appointment booking

**Qualifications**

Must Have:

- Excellent Receptionist Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Proficiency with standard office equipment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organizational Skills
- Multi line VOIP system (Ring Central)
- Accuracy in Data Entry
- Ability to handle multiple projects/deadlines
- Willingness to learn

Nice to have:

- Executive Assistant experience
- Experience or familiarity with CRM and QuickBooks
- Client relationship management

**Licences, registrations and qualifications**:

- G driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract required.
- Criminal Records check.
