**The Opportunity**
Leavitt Machinery is looking for a **Planned Maintenance Coordinator, Team Lead** to join our team in Coquitlam, BC. As the Planned Maintenance Coordinator, Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the Planned Maintenance program within your assigned territory, while assisting in the achievement of department goals through the active support of other PM Coordinator Team members
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
As the **Planned Maintenance Coordinator, Team Lead** your key responsibilities will include:
- Contact and follow up with customers to book Planned Maintenance services
- Handle customer and internal maintenance requests
- Ensure major customers are known and managed by a team member
- Manage the PM Due Live Report ensuring accuracy and providing access as required
- Ensure adherence to targets and distribute team reports as required
- Provide education on PM compliance to external and internal stakeholders
- Make recommendations to customers on additional levels of service
- Identify leads for the Service department and other business unit divisions
- Assist in the hiring and recruitment process of new team members
- Provide training and consistent coaching to new hires, measuring capacity of the team, progress towards targets and reporting overall results
- Work on key PM team initiatives as required to continue the growth and development of the role and team
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- A post-secondary education in Business, Sales or Marketing, or previous experience in a similar role is an asset
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products. Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Highly organized, a self-starter with good time management skills
- Willing to learn, able to work with mínimal supervision, and resilient when faced with challenges
- Strong conversational skills in person and on the phone
