Are you an experienced outdoor adventure professional looking for a fun, fast-paced seasonal role? Richmond Night Market is hiring **experienced Zipline Staff** for the 2025 season - running from **April 25 through October**.

This is a great opportunity for individuals with **previous zipline or high-adventure experience** to take on a key role in delivering a safe and thrilling guest experience.

**About Us**:
Richmond Night Market is an annual night market event held during the summer months in **Richmond, British Columbia**, located near River Rock Casino and the Bridgeport SkyTrain Station.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
The **Zipline Staff** will have duties (but not limited to) such as:

- Operate and manage zipline activities with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Perform equipment inspections, secure harnesses, and enforce all safety protocols
- Deliver professional, clear safety briefings and guest instructions
- Respond confidently and appropriately in emergency or high-pressure situations
- Lead or support other team members during peak hours and operational challenges

**Qualifications**:

- **Minimum 1 year of direct experience** in ziplining, high ropes, climbing walls, or related outdoor adventure environments
- Demonstrated ability in harnessing, gear inspection, and incident response
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage guests in a friendly and professional manner
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and situational awareness
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to manage outdoor work and assist with course maintenance as needed.
- First Aid and CPR certification is an asset
- Fluency in a second language is an asset

**Compensation**: Starting at **$17.85 per hour**, with potential increase based on experience
