We need a handy man with an eye for detail and a willingness to take on new challenges. This position requires the individual to be capable of repairing issues in-person, but also using their creativity and critical thinking skills to fix problems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform basic repairs on all makes and models of furnaces and water heaters.
- Use hand tools to repair appliances and structures.
- Install, replace, fix Basic broken heating, cooling, plumbing systems and other structures.
- Perform carpentry duties.
- Solid understanding of electrics using the basic electrical service repair procedures.
- Notify supervisor of any damage to the items being repaired.
- Install drywall, Painting
- Kitchen installation

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
