Part-time Receptionist

**Job Brief**
As a receptionist you are the first point of contact for all of our customers. You will be required to provide administrative assistance and perform clerical duties for the dealership.
**Responsibilities**
Duties would include all incoming calls, administrative work, and general showroom assistance to the sales consultants. You will be responsible for stocking in/out vehicles, licensing, and other clerical work. As the first point of contact you will be responsible for welcoming, directing, and announcing customers appropriately. You will need to answer and forward any incoming phone calls (multi-line phone) while providing basic information when required. Training will be provided.
**Requirements**:
Customer service related experience is an asset. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) is required. Communication skills both written and verbal (you will be speaking with customers both in person and on the phone frequently) are required. Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise. Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize and work under pressure. Professionalism is required.
**Hours**
The position would require you to work at least two evenings (4:00PM-8:00PM) a week, some Friday afternoons (2:00PM-5:00PM), and alternating Saturdays (9:00AM-5:00PM). Training would take place during some day shifts. Please make sure you are able to work these shifts and these hours before you apply. We are closed Sundays.
