**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all accounting duties, including but not limited to:

- Ensure accuracy in general ledger
- Track expenses, budget, taxes, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of company
- Prepare monthly & quarterly tax returns and PL statements
- Provide regular financial reports (weekly, monthly and yearly)
- Coding and entering vendor expense invoices
- Enter all supplier purchase entries from vendor reports and credit card statements
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable, bank deposits and expense reports
- Ensure timely processing of payroll

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- CPA designation (CA, CMA, CGA) required
- Minimum 3rd level CGA preferred
- 5+ years of accounting experience in related field, including accounting/bookkeeping software experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks Premier
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Detail oriented
