**WHAT TO EXPECT**

The Sales Operation Team is waiting for you You will get the important responsibility of managing orders and sales projects. Also, you will ensure that you provide first-line support to customers and company sales representatives. Responsibilities also include ensuring that all necessary information is obtained to coordinate the ordering of manufactured products and the updating of internal systems.

**IN THE CONCERT WHAT IS**
- You will prepare calls and bids from the opening to the closing of projects (You like to see projects as a whole, that makes you proud);
- You will read, analyze and understand 2D plans to implement quotes for clients;
- You will ensure that the SAP and C4C (internal system) tools are up to date (This will allow rapid follow-up for the many stakeholders);
- You will support the sales team in monitoring and evaluating projects, confirming orders and collecting deposits (sales are the sinews of war at Foliot);
- You will ensure clear communication with clients according to their needs (You like to feel that your client is well served);
- You will maintain good commercial relations to offer total satisfaction and represent Foliot fairly (Your role of ambassador will be essential);
- All other related tasks related to the job (These will allow you to grow in the company).

**WE REALLY WANT TO MEET YOU IF**
- You already have 3 years of experience in customer service with experience in project management;
- You’re bilingual, French and English (Communications with our Las Vegas plant will be required);
- You know SAP software;
- You can read technical plans (Without having any training, you have a good skill in reading plans);
- You have good communication skills (Communication is a strength for you);
- You have a sense of responsibility, autonomy, a sense of priorities and organization (professional characteristics that you master);
- You’re stress tolerance, dynamic, versatile, team spirit, honesty and integrity (that describes you perfectly);
- You meet established deadlines and the execution of activities with a keen sense of priority management and attention to completing files on time (Nothing escapes you and you always expect your deadlines).
