**Responsibilities**:
- Handle incoming vendor invoices with a keen focus on accuracy and proper coding.
- Master the use of accounting software to efficiently manage and track expense receipts and time sheets.
- Support the preparation and review of accounts payable reports, ensuring meticulous financial record maintenance.
- Cultivate strong vendor relationships, address discrepancies, and ensure timely payment processing.
- Reconcile vendor statements promptly, maintaining precise vendor balances.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to uphold adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Actively engage in process improvement initiatives under the guidance of the finance team.
- Assist Accounts Receivable with the preparation of the monthly invoicing process.
**Qualifications**:
- 4 years of accounting experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrate motivation with a commitment to developing strong time management and prioritization skills, capable of independent and organized work.
- Possess analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Display eagerness to build relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Exhibit a friendly, patient, and professional disposition.
- Basic proficiency in computer software programs, including Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Interest in developing proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
