**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate drilling rigs and associated heavy equipment to perform drilling operations.
- Dig and excavate as required for various projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment, including forklifts and cranes, to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to build and assemble necessary components for drilling operations.
- Monitor drilling progress and make adjustments as needed to achieve project goals.
- Maintain accurate records of drilling activities and equipment usage.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies while on site.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with drilling rigs.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed.
- Experience in commercial driving is preferred; valid driver's license required.
- Familiarity with rathole drilling techniques is a plus.
- Ability to operate forklifts and cranes safely and efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime as required by project demands.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $34.97-$37.05 per hour
