Field Supervisor - Deckify (West Island, Montreal)

**Salary**:Starting at $60,000/year + Company Truck + Gas Expenses Covered

Deckify, Montreal’s premium deck building company, is seeking an experienced and motivated Field Supervisor to join our growing team We specialize in designing and building high-end outdoor spaces, and we’re looking for someone who shares our passion for craftsmanship, client satisfaction, and excellence on the job site. If you enjoy working outdoors in a variable work environment but are looking to get off the tools full time, this job could be a great fit for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across multiple job sites.
- Coordinate and support field crews to ensure projects are completed on schedule and to Deckify’s standards.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, maintaining strong, professional relationships.
- Troubleshoot site issues and provide timely solutions.
- Ensure job site safety, quality control, and compliance with building codes.
- Assist in ordering and organizing materials and coordinating deliveries.
- Communicate daily with the project management team to report on site progress and needs.
- Small repairs and touch ups on projects as necessary

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years official carpentry experience.
- Completion of a recognized carpentry program (diploma or certification required).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client service abilities.
- Ability to speak fluently in both English and French
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Valid driver’s license (required)

**Location**:
West Island, Montreal (must be able to commute to various sites in the West Island and surrounding areas).Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Retention bonus

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Carpentry: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)

**Location**:

- West Island, QC (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
