**This position is a hybrid role based in our Mississauga office with the opportunity to work 2 days remotely per week.**

**Team/Function**: Team/Function: This team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience through expert management of quoting, order processing-management, and logistics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all sales orders are processed efficiently and accurately and that delivery deadlines are met.
- Creating quotes for customers and sending ETA’s (estimated time of arrivals).
- Provides support to Sales teams (inside/outside) representatives within Ingram.
- Address inquiries related to orders, product availability, and delivery timelines.
- Responsible for monitoring overall account activity for assigned vendors.
- Ensure timely responses to service level agreements (SLAs), consistently meeting the 2-4 hour turnaround time for inquiries and requests.
- Recognize and learn the various nuances of the HPE and Juniper Network product lines and technologies.
- Expected to provide late shift coverage on vendor quarter-end and month-end periods.

**What you bring to the role**:

- Diploma or degree in IT, Business, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years of strong customer service background.
- Previous experience in sales support and order processing is preferred.
- Proven ability to drive results while demonstrating resilience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail, resilient and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems, order management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
