**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks and food preparation personnel, to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to food safety standards.
- Assist in the training and development of team members in food handling, preparation techniques, and customer service practices.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with management to develop menus and implement new recipes or specials.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
- Enforce safety protocols within the kitchen to prevent accidents and injuries.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant management is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is essential.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Culinary skills or experience as a cook is a plus but not mandatory.
