Procor Mobile Tank Car Cleaning is a renowned leader in the industrial tank car cleaning solutions industry, catering to a diverse clientele in various sectors. Our commitment to excellence is matched only by our dedication to safety and efficiency. We are currently seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Shell Scotford.

Reporting to the Operations Manager the Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and managing a team of cleaning technicians to ensure efficient and effective service. This role involves understanding the customer’s workload and priorities to execute plans that meet their needs while achieving production goals and managing expenses. The Cleaning Supervisor fosters a positive and respectful work environment through strong leadership, driving a culture of safety, and supporting team development and succession planning. This position also focuses on operational improvement and growth, ensuring adequate staffing levels, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining clear communication with customers to meet their objectives.

Hours of Work:
The normal work schedule for this will be Monday to Friday, (NIGHT SHIFT), however this schedule may change as business requirements dictate.

Salary Range: $81,000.00-$90,000.00 per year.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Oversee daily operations and manage cleaning technicians.
- Knows and understands customer’s workload and priorities and executes the plan.
- Provides strong leadership to staff, fostering a positive and respectful work environment.
- Achieves facility production goals while managing expenses effectively.
- Develops team skills for succession planning to ensure adequate staffing.
- Leads by example to create a positive safety culture
- Maintains communication with customers to achieve the customer’s goals.
- Implements and drives initiatives for operational improvement and growth.
- Enforce company and customer safety rules.
- Submits required metrics and documentation promptly.
- Manages materials and inventory to optimizing service and cost management. - Ensures proper staffing levels and supports team development.
- Performs additional related duties as assigned.

SKILLS / SPECIFICATIONS:

- Valid Class 5 driver’s license is required; Class 1 License is an asset.
- Steam ticket or certified trade is an asset.
- Flaring and nitrogen knowledge is an asset.
- Previous industrial cleaning and process equipment operation experience required.
- Strong knowledge of high-pressure pumps, injection tools, filtration equipment, and lifting devices.
- 3-5 years of industry and supervisory experience.
- Previous automation cleaning is considered preferred.
- Strong leadership skills.

Strong communication skills; must be fluent in speaking/writing English.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug & alcohol test.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision in a team and safety-focused environment.
- Must be physically fit and able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
