**Status**: Permanent, Full Time, New Hire

The new Vice President, Marketing, Communications and Corporate Responsibility (CR) position was created to bring together the marketing, communications, and CR functions to strengthen a role responsible for Sollio Agriculture's outreach and visibility strategy and to accelerate an orchestrated CR deployment.

**_ CHALLENGES WE OFFER_**

**Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of Sollio Agriculture, the main responsibilities are**:

- Responsible for all aspects of marketing including governance of the brand image across all networks, while aligning it with the public affairs and media strategy.
- Responsible for the strategy, execution, and measurement of all Sollio Agriculture communications (internal and external), corporate affairs, and public affairs.
- Supporting the Business Solutions and Networks team in the integrated marketing of products and services based on best practices.
- In support of the Sollio Cooperative Group team, playing a role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with media, government, and regulatory agencies, and facilitating the development of relationships with key private, provincial, and federal players.
- Collaborating with the VP of HR to execute a cohesive internal communications strategy to drive the culture, employer promise and employee experience.
- Developing a strategy and milestones to implement corporate responsibility at Sollio Agriculture in line with best practices and differentiating pillars relevant to the organization.
- Acting as a first respondent to the Sollio Agriculture Executive Committee and partners, and in support of the CEO to the Sollio Cooperative Group Board of Directors for governance aspects related to communications, public affairs, corporate responsibility, and marketing.

**_YOU FIT THE FOLLOWING PROFILE_**
- You have 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in a position with similar responsibilities.
- You have an undergraduate degree in a field relevant to the job, a master's degree is considered an asset.
- You have a very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite and are comfortable with technological tools.
- You are a skilled communicator and know how to rally your team members behind the vision of your area and the organization and work collaboratively with all stakeholders.
- You can navigate a complex and fast-paced organization.
- You can move effectively from strategy to execution. You have a strong practical sense.
- You have worked in a pan-Canadian and/or international context; You are open to occasional travel within Canada.
- You are bilingual (English and French).
