**Job Title: Bilingual Technical Recruiter**

**Location: Toronto, ON**

**Duration: 12+ Months**

**(* **Remote work)*

**Role & Responsibility**
- **French speaker is Mandatory**
- Attract, screen, and submit talent for current and prospective demand.
- Meet required metrics that include goals for outreach, screens, interviews, and hires.
- Effectively communicate and operate with Recruiting Teams to identify and attract talent demand.
- Manage Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, Beamery) and Professional Platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Use market-driven strategies to research, engage and pre-qualify passive talent.
- Uses recruitment systems appropriately and with a focus on data integrity to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with data protection legislation
- Interacts on a timely basis with the internal or external stakeholders to understand specific sourcing requirements
- Develops and maintains data mining approaches using advanced search techniques
- Responsible for ad hoc projects to support recruiting organization

**Basic Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience**:

- **Minimum of 4 years of sourcing experience**:

- **Proficiency in written and verbal English and French**

**Salary**: $45.00-$50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Sourcing: 4 years (preferred)

- French (preferred)
