**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash management.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist clients in understanding various financial services and products available.
- Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and improve service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide knowledgeable advice to clients.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in cashiering, cash handling, or cash management is preferred.
- Strong background in customer service with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with financial services or sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent math skills to ensure accuracy in transactions and financial calculations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
