Our comprehensive range of programs and services relies on collaborative relationships with individuals, businesses, community groups and government bodies to create focused, effective and responsive resources for the community._**

**Position Overview**:
Are you passionate about creating meaningful employment connections and opening doors for individuals facing barriers to employment? We’re seeking a dynamic **Employer Liaison/Job Coach** who excels at building strong employer relationships, promoting inclusive hiring practices, and supporting clients in achieving sustainable employment. If you're a natural connector with insight into the local labour market and a talent for creating opportunities, we want to hear from you

**Qualifications**:
The role requires flexibility for evening and weekend work, comfort in a performance-based environment, and the ability to support clients with multiple barriers. Key skills include resume writing, understanding of wage subsidies, cultural sensitivity, confidentiality, teamwork, and strong organizational abilities. A second language is an asset.

This role requires the incumbent to undergo a Police Information Check (PIC), and a Vulnerable Sector Check by the Ministry of Justice.
