**About the Position**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate daily site activities and project schedules, track progress, and ensure efficient workflow.
- **Communication**: Serve as a liaison between trades, project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure clear and consistent communication.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- **Resource Management**: Assist in the allocation and tracking of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- **Issue Tracking**: Identify and document project risks and issues, and work with the Project Manager to develop mitigation strategies.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with client expectations.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for improving project management processes and report on site progress, challenges to Site Superintendent.
**Qualifications**
- College diploma in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven work experience within the construction or real estate development industry, at least 2 years in a leadership or foreman role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
