**Position Summary**:
The Administrative Assistant, Contracts and Billing will be responsible for administrative accounting and clerical duties ensuring accurate data entry and processing of invoices and other logistics documentation.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Excellent accounting administration and organization of documentation as part of a team focused on service and customer support.
- Review bills and invoices for potential errors and/or discrepancies.
- Perform month-end duties.
- Data entry into ERP software.
- Verify for the correctness of drivers’ paperwork in the dispatch system to ensure information is correct for billing.
- Create and maintain vendor records using our corporate ERP and records filing system.
- Other Administrative duties as required.
- Must ensure a solid understanding of and comply with the principles of the company’s Code of Ethics.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary graduate, with a concentration in Business, Accounting or related program, from a recognized institution, or equivalent job-related experience is required.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in as an administrator/coordinator or similar role, preferable within an Accounting Department.
- Background in Accounts Payable or Purchasing preferred.
- Good experience with ERP Systems (JD Edwards an asset).
- Fundamental understanding of mathematics and accounting.
- Knowledge of General Ledger, Job Costing, Accounts Payable and Purchasing.
- Excellent knowledge of computers and computer software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Good knowledge of office equipment, such as fax machine, computer, photocopier, or other related office equipment.
