Key Responsibilities.
- Perform general bookkeeping duties, including data entry, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Responsible for reviewing and processing day-to-day transactions.
- Reconcile accounts and bank statements, and intercompany accounts.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing.
- Complete and file HST returns and other government remittances.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual schedules and reports on a monthly basis.
- Prepare year-end tenant’s reconcile information.
- Assist in preparing for audits.
- Communicate with customers.
- Maintain customer database.
- Other related duties as required.

Qualifications:

- at least 3 years related experience in AR/AP or general accounting.
- Post-secondary education on in accounting, or another business-related field.
- Good knowledge of full-cycle bookkeeping and understanding of financial reporting.
- Excellent working knowledge of QuickBooks online, and solid computer Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Pay: $18.75-$23.00 per hour
